How to measure and order

1. Measure the height, width and depth of your opening.
2. Establish how many Left and Right Curves you require.
- Assuming that your arch is going to run front, back, left and right of your opening you will need 2 x Left Curves and 2 x Right Curves.
3. Establish how many Inner Curves you require.
- The working width of your first Inner Curve is 140mm (the actual width is 144mm, but you will lose 4mm of this to allow for 2mm of rebate at either edge). The working width of any additional inner curves you may require will be 144mm.
- If the depth of your opening is 140mm or less you will need 2 x Inner Curves (1 for each side of the archway).
- If the depth of your opening is 141 - 284mm you will need 4 x Inner Curves. Thereafter add 2 further inner curves for each additional 144mm.
4. Establish how many Outer Straight lengths you require.
- The curves have a height of 790mm, so deduct this from your height measurement. Then multiply this figure by 2 to allow for each side of your archway.
- The curves have a width of 492mm each, so deduct 984mm from your width measurement.
- Add these 2 figures together and multiply by 2 to allow for the front and back of your arch.
- Order the appropriate amount of Outer Straight (supplied in 1.8m lengths).
5. Establish how many lengths of Inner Straight you require.
- Deduct 790mm from your height measurement, and multiply this figure by 2.
- Deduct 984mm from your width measurement.
- Add these 2 figures together. If the depth of you opening is 140mm or less you now just need to order the appropriate amount of Inner Straight (supplied in 1.8m lengths).
- If the depth of your opening is 141 - 284mm you will need to multiply this amount by 2. Thereafter multiply by one further factor for each additional 144mm.
6. Decide whether you wish to frame the squared off section of the Curves with Frame Rail. If you do, order 1 length.
7. Order adhesives allowing for 1 tube for every 3 components..
