Our Budget Cornice may not boast the same sharp lines and fine detail as our other cornice ranges, but when you need something cheap, lightweight and easy to install it's hard to beat. It is manufactured in extruded polystyrene, but not the flaky, bobbly stuff from the 1970's. This is much smoother to the touch and denser in make up, making it more durable and easier to work with.
