delivery
- Most items are kept in stock and despatched by courier to arrive within
2 days. For our plaster range please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. For Laminated Shower Panels allow 5 working days. For our antique wood effect range please allow 28 days for delivery,
as these products are made to order.
- For other non-stock items, or when a product is temporarily out of
stock, we still despatch within 2 weeks. We will contact you to advise
when your products will be delivered, or you can contact
us on 0121 449 8525 to check on stock levels before you order.
- Stopping Internet Fraud.
With most cases of internet fraud the process works like this:
1. The fraudster fills in the details of a stolen card. They
also have to give the billing name and address of the card owner in
order to process the transaction.
2. They then fill in a different delivery address so that they
can intercept the goods.
To intercept attempted fraudulent transactions we have therefore taken
a few simple steps:
a. We always send a confirmation of sale by 1st class post to
the billing address. The card owner is then alerted to the fact that
an order has been placed that they are not aware of and contacts us.
b. In order to allow time for this confirmation of sale to arrive
before any goods are despatched, when high value orders are received
that have a separate delivery address from the billing address we delay
despatch of goods long enough for the order confirmation to be received
and responded to.
c. Any cases of attempted fraud are immediately reported to the
card company and the police.
- Delivery charges can vary depending upon which range you are
ordering from. To establish a delivery charge you can fill in
a cart with the goods you require and the delivery charge will
be displayed, or give us a call.
- Please note that surcharges will apply for deliveries to Northern
Ireland, Scottish Highlands, islands on all ranges. For our Antique
Wood Effect range surcharges also apply for longer products (identified
on the site as not available to buy online) and deliveries to
Avon, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Powys, Dyfed, Gwynned,
Argyll, Tayside and Grampian. Please phone us for a quote.
- Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8am and 6pm. If the courier
is unable to deliver they will leave a card with a local number for
you to phone to arrange for a convenient time for them to come back.
Morning and Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost. Phone 0121
449 8525 for details. For beams, joists and planks from the antique
wood effect range we use a specialist carrier who will liaise with you
when arranging a delivery date and time and the same is true of our Plaster Range.
- A receipt signature is required on delivery. Please note that this
signature is your acceptance that the correct number of packages have
been delivered undamaged. If there is obvious damage to the packaging
please ensure that you sign for the goods as damaged, check the contents
and advise us of damage immediately. If the packaging is in good order
you will still need to check the contents are in good order, although
you don't need the courier to wait while you do this. Whilst damage
is rare, any damage should be notified to us the day you receive your
delivery. Any damaged goods that are notified in this way will be
replaced immediately.

refund policy
Goods may be returned for refund or exchange within 10
working days of receipt. However, this will be subject to a restocking
and handling charge to the value of 20% of your order. All original carriage
charges and collection charges are also liable. Returned goods must be
undamaged and carriage is the responsibility of the customer.
Our Plaster Range, Quoins, Stringer Courses, Exterior Pediments & Embellishments, Window Frames, Window Cills, Flexible mouldings, columns and pilasters and the antique wood effect
range are exempt from this policy - see terms and
conditions.
