We hold stock of these products at our European warehouse (the goods are manufactured in Europe). This means that it is very rare that we are out of stock, but if we are we will contact you to advise likely timescales and check that you are happy to proceed. From the warehouse we use TNT's 48 hour delivery service. This means a delivery to you 2 to 3 working days after you place your order, depending on what time you place your order. Deliveries occur on weekdays between 9am and 6pm. Next day, before midday and Saturday options are available, but at additional cost. There are other ranges that we do warehouse in the UK and can deliver next day at no additional cost - if you are desperate please give us a call. We can also hold your order back if you want us to target a better delivery day for you.

When you receive your order the driver is unlikely to wait for you to check your goods so please sign for them as 'unchecked', or if there is any obvious sign of damage to the packaging, as 'damaged' (even though the contents may not be). Then, check the contents when you get them inside. We don't often have damage, and we will replace any damaged goods, but please ensure that you notify us within 24 working hours of receipt.
