All products are supplied subject to the company's terms and conditions of sale unless
otherwise agreed in writing. Copies are available upon request.

  • It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the goods ordered are suitable for the Buyer's purpose.
  • The goods are considered to be accepted and shall be dispatched at the buyer's risk, even if the shipment is free. All possible risks are considered to be passed to the buyer at the time of acceptance as defined here above.
  • All circumstances such as force majeure, all kinds of accidents, general or partial strikes, lock-out, lack of transport, general or partial fire at the premises of the seller, etc, relieve the seller of his responsibilities.
  • All goods must be paid for in advance.
  • The buyer shall carry out a thorough inspection of the goods on the day of delivery (or early the following day if goods are delivered after 3pm) and shall notify the seller within this time of any defects which a reasonable examination would have revealed. The buyer shall not be entitled to reject the goods in whole or in part after such date.
  • Returns Policy: No goods can be returned without prior agreement. A standard handling charge of 20% plus cost of carriage will be made for returning goods, unless otherwise authorised. It is the Buyer's responsibility to return any goods. The cost of returning any goods is strictly for the buyers account. 'Goods must be returned to our warehouse, and not to our sales office - please call us for this address and note we do not accept delivery of returned goods at our sales office site. Any returned goods must be received back to us within 14 days of receipt. No refund will be issued after this date, regardless of whether or not the goods have been returned, without prior agreement.
  • The seller shall not be liable for damages assessed after acceptance of the goods, except when the buyer establishes proof that the damage is due to a defect in materials or workmanship. In any case, the liability of the seller is limited to a period of 1 year and, to the choice of the seller, to replacement of the goods or refunding of the concerned goods.
  • In no event shall the seller be liable for any damage due to improper use, bad installation, improper maintenance or negligence by the buyer or any third party.
  • Orders for all products from the Plaster Range, Antique Wood Effect Range plus Quoins, Stringer Courses, Exterior Pediments & Embellishments, Window Frames, Window Cills, Columns, Half Columns, Pilasters, Premier Flexible Cornice and Premier Flexible Railing are classified as a 'Special Order' under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations (2000). These goods cannot be returned, except by special arrangement.
  • With our Plaster Range, occasionally cracks can occur during transport. Due to the nature of the material, cracks can be easily and 'invisibly' corrected on installation and therefore we do not accept this as 'damage' and reason for returning goods. We do accept as damage any breakage which results in material loss in the pattern, or anything which cannot be easily rectified by a competent installer. If you are unsure please contact us for advice.
  • The laws of England and Wales govern any agreement.
