- please call us for this address and note we do not accept

No refund will be issued after this date, regardless of whether
or not the goods have been returned, without prior agreement.

acceptance of the goods, except when the buyer establishes proof

the goods or refunding of the concerned goods.
- In no event shall the seller be liable for any damage due
to improper use, bad installation, improper maintenance or negligence

- Orders for all products from the Plaster Range, Antique Wood Effect Range
plus Quoins, Stringer Courses, Exterior Pediments & Embellishments, Window Frames, Window Cills, Columns, Half Columns, Pilasters, Premier Flexible Cornice
and Premier Flexible Railing are classified as a 'Special Order'
under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations (2000).
These goods cannot be returned, except by special arrangement.
- With our Plaster Range, occasionally cracks can occur during transport. Due to the nature of the material, cracks can be easily and 'invisibly' corrected on installation and therefore we do not accept this as 'damage' and reason for returning goods. We do accept as damage any breakage which results in material loss in the pattern, or anything which cannot be easily rectified by a competent installer. If you are unsure please contact us for advice.
- The laws of England and Wales govern any agreement.
