Description
The Premier ‘Dentil’ Cornice 26 Flex is a medium sized flexible cornice with a bold Dentil style profile. The dentil design originates from the Georgian period, making it a good choice for traditional interiors and period properties. This flexible version is designed for curved walls and bay windows, with a minimum radius of 2.5m. Details of how to calculate the minimum radius can be found using this guide.
This cornice is suitable for rooms with ceiling heights around 2.3m to 2.5m and works particularly well in Entrance Halls, Lounges, Dining Rooms and Bedrooms. It is usually installed with the dentils running down the wall, but it can also be fitted with the dentils running across the ceiling.
For straight walls, use the standard Premier ‘Dentil’ Cornice 26 alongside the flexible version to continue the same profile. For a smaller Dentil style cornice, please see Premier Cornice 47, or for a larger version see Premier ‘Dentil’ Cornice 9. For matching mouldings, Classic ‘Astragal’ Railing 1, Classic ‘Astragal’ Railing 3 and Premier ‘Ogee’ Railing 2 work well for wall panelling or dado rail details. The Classic Skirting 3 and Ceiling Roses 9 and 17 are also recommended with this profile if you want to continue a more traditional scheme through the room.

We don’t supply pre-cut corners on our profiles, simply use our mitre box for cutting the corners.
