We take your security very seriously indeed.
You can place your order in any one of three ways:
– online on this website
– over the phone by calling 0121 449 8525 – lines are open Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) and from 9am to 5pm
– by post to: ukhomeinteriors Limited, 27 Woodbridge Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 0DA
We accept payment by MasterCard or Visa credit or debit cards, by bank transfer, or by cheque (although please note that cheque payments must be cleared into our account before we will release goods, which will delay despatch). Sorry, but we do not currently accept American Express or have Paypal, although we do review this from time to time (if this is a problem for you, please do let us know as your comments will go into our next review).
Please note that you should not send any credit or debit card details via email or post, as these methods are not secure.
Any card details that you provide through our website are handled by Sagepay, one of the largest payment gateways, who perform to all of the rigorous standards that are required of their industry. They never pass your full card details over to us.
When you provide card details over the phone we use a Worldpay terminal. These are the UK’s leading payments provider and again, perform to all of the rigorous standards that are required of them. We always shred your card details in the office as soon as we have processed your payment, and we always process your payment straight away. No card details are ever kept in the office for longer than half an hour at most (unless you instruct us to for any reason), and we will never keep them overnight.
For your additional peace of mind, we are enrolled on the Trustwave Trusted Commerce program to validate our compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS).
