How do we work with Care Homes?
We work closely with many Care Homes across the country supplying our Lightweight Interior and Exterior Decorative Mouldings, we offer fantastic service and support for all of your requirements and help you understand the feasibility of using our products for your application. In Addition, will help you throughout your ordering process whether it is through the website or by getting in touch with us directly, making sure it is as seamless as possible.
It’s not just the customer care before the order but aftercare service too! Our friendly team are always here to help you once you have received your goods and offer advice to contractors/installers.
Do we measure up for you?
Typically the responsibility for measuring up falls on the the Quantity Surveyor or Interior Designer, we wouldn`t measure up ourselves unless we had all dimensions available. But we can certainly help you through the process and guide you as to how much to order. Most of the time Interior Designers can use CAD design software to pull off the total linear meterage required of a product.

Do we provide technical drawings?
Yes, we do provide technical drawings of most of our products and for some products, you will find the technical drawings on the product page on our website (this includes DWG, PDF and DXF files). Otherwise, if you can’t see the technical drawing for the product on the website, please contact us and we would be happy to send over a PDF technical drawing file.
Do we offer samples?
Absolutely, we offer samples of all our range which we can source samples for, (Products such as Ceiling Roses and Columns don’t have samples), this means that you can visualise what you are designing.
Are there any better prices for Care Home contractors?
Our products are very competitively priced, so much so that we have a price matching policy which is that we won’t be beaten on price! If you find the same profile cheaper elsewhere, we’ll look to match it or beat it by 5%!

Do we offer site visits?
Yes, we can arrange site visits for care home projects. This often helps with the decision making process as our team of experts can guide you through what will work on the project and answer any questions you may have, it is also always helps our team to visualise the project in real life so we can assist easier throughout the project.

Do we do bespoke mouldings?
Yes, our offering is not just limited to what’s on our website. But we offer many bespoke options too where our standard range just won’t fit. We have done many bespoke projects including but not limited to the following:

What is the Best way to order?

Do we offer Installation services?
Yes, we have partnered with selected fitters across the UK to ensure that the Decorative Mouldings are installed correctly and saves you time organising this on a large project.

However, we find that most of the time, dry liners or carpenters onsite are capable of installing our mouldings as they are lightweight and easy to install.
