Description
The Classic Cornice 1 Flex is a small flexible cornice with a simple C-shaped profile and a single detail line. Its compact size makes it ideal for smaller rooms and lower ceilings where a larger cornice may feel too dominant. This flexible version is designed for curved walls and bay windows, with a minimum radius of 1.6m. Details of how to calculate the minimum radius can be found using this guide.
This cornice is suitable for ceiling heights under 2.3m. It is usually fitted with the detail line running down the wall, but can also be reversed with the detail running across the ceiling.
For straight walls, use the standard Classic Cornice 1 alongside the flexible version. For matching mouldings, try Classic ‘Astragal’ Railing 1, Classic ‘Ogee’ Skirting 3 or Classic ‘Small Ogee’ Skirting 11. For the ceiling, Ceiling Rose 1, Ceiling Rose 4 or Ceiling Rose 9 all work well with this profile.

Do we supply Pre-cut corners?
We don’t supply pre-cut corners on our profiles, simply use our mitre box for cutting the corners.
