Description
The Classic Cornice 2 Flex is a small flexible cornice with a classic C-shaped profile and additional detailing. It is one of our most popular smaller coving styles and works well where you want a traditional finish without using a large cornice. This flexible version is designed for curved walls and bay windows, with a minimum radius of 1.6m. Details of how to calculate the minimum radius can be found using this guide.
This cornice is suitable for ceiling heights under 2.3m. For straight walls, use the standard Classic Cornice 2 alongside the flexible version. For the same shape in a larger size, please see Classic Cornice 6. In the Room Set, Classic Cornice 2 is used with Classic ‘Torus’ Skirting 6, Classic ‘Astragal’ Railing 3 on the ceiling and Classic ‘Astragal’ Railing 1 for the faux wall panelling.
For matching mouldings, Classic ‘Astragal’ Railing 1, Classic ‘Astragal’ Railing 3, Classic ‘Ogee’ Skirting 3 and Classic ‘Small Ogee’ Skirting 11 all work well with this profile. For the ceiling, try Ceiling Rose 1, Ceiling Rose 4 or Ceiling Rose 9.

Do we supply Pre-cut corners?
We don’t supply pre-cut corners on our profiles, simply use our mitre box for cutting the corners.
