Dummy Rafter Foot – White

Description

This Dummy Rafter foot, prefinished in White is for Open Eaves Detail it can be supplied in two colours, White or Black. It is designed to replicate the look of a rafter foot.

Installation: For new build simply drill down through the soffit before the roof in installed to secure in place. When you cannot access the top of the soffit detach the wooden block that is inside the dentil, and screw it into the soffit from below. Then fit the dentil back over the wooden block and screw through the side.
