The Premier Cornice 33 is a cornice that extends out across the ceiling as but only minimally down your wall, as you see in many Victorian properties. It can also have other cornices attached to the underside of it to extend your feature down the wall. Premier Cornices 21, 23, 26 & 34 work well when doing this.
If you are looking at options that extend out across your ceiling more than they come down the wall, you could also look at Premier Cornices 11, 23, 70 & 73.
